At Ulenao, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Return period
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Product conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- In its original condition, without signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer.
- With all accessories and components included in the original package.
- In its original packaging or in packaging that adequately protects the product during transport.
How to initiate a return
- Send an email to our customer service team indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective product or order error.
Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one ordered, contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover all return costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
